The Bill-X TTP(Tap To Phone) itself, which is an Android application that is downloadable on any Play Store model starting from the Android 10, right up to the latest generation of android.
Do I need an internet connection to use Bill-X?
A working Internet connection is required for the syncing of data between the Bill-X app and the cloud-based Bill-X Hub. The types of data include product details, transaction & payment You will not be able to view your transactions in real-time without a working Internet connection to the Bill-X app.However, Bill-X supports Offline Mode operations so that you can still continue to transaction even when your Internet connection is offline, but the Credit card and E-Wallet payment may not be available for offline mode transaction .Your sales data is kept locally on the Bill-X app until a working Internet connection is available again.
What hardware do I need to operate Bill-X?

I already have the required hardware items to operate Bill-X? Do I still need to purchase new hardware?
Absolutely Not! The purchase of Bill-X hardware is entirely optional and is only if you do not currently have the required hardware items to use Bill-X. Should you be already using an existing system with the same hardware items, you will just need to register for a Bill-X software account, which is available FREE for demo and activation!

Receipt will send or share to customer by WhatsApp (TTP).

Is there a guide for transferring from another system?
We can assist with importing your menu or retail items into the Bill-X Hub, once the item details are populated in an Excel template sheet that we will provide.
Upon completion of populating the items, we will sync all the items into your Bill-X Hub account, and you will be ready to start using Bill-X once this exercise is complete. Speak to us regarding further assistance on this.
